Tried something new with turkey breast

Unread postby Meatonstick » Sun May 11, 2014 7:54 pm

Took one whole Jake breast from wed. And cut it into small pieces. Put them in egg, then made a bread crumb mixture of italian bread crumbs, new Orleans Cajun spice, onion powder and garlic powder. Fried in light oil and topped with shredded Colby jack cheese and added jalapeños. Damn it was good. Also had a side of noodles in olive oil and garlic. Sorry no pics I was starving and forgot at the moment! Gotta try this guys was pretty good. Next I'm gonna try to tackle those turkey tacos that tb makes
