Fly angling reels???

I need to go fly angling and have been give a bar, it's a dimond back grafite, 8 ft 6, aftm, 3 to 5. What reel would it be a good idea for me to need to run with it? I would prefer not to spend heaps of cash, however dont need a reel which is shoddy and awful. What line if I need to go on the reel which would cover most circumstances.
